Ingredients

Flank Steak, 16 oz (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
*Balsamic Vinegar, 8 tbsp (remove)
Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)
Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
*Orange peel or rind or zest_1 tsp, 4 tsp (remove)
Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
Directions
Prepare grill. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place Steak and onion wedges on a griill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut diagonally across grain into thin slices.
While steak grills, combine balsamic vinegar and shallots in small saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat, and simmer i7 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup, Drizzle mixture over steak slices and sprinkle with Orange Gremolata.
Orange Gremolata; 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 T. Grated Orange rind, 2 garllic cloves minced. Combine these ingredients in small bowl. Serving size 1 T.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings: 3 oz steak, 1 T. Glaze 1 T. Gremolata
