Introduction
These are very yummy! These are very yummy!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
3 potatoes (of your choice, I used white)
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Cream of Potato)
Cream Cheese (your choice, I used Philly Fat Free .) 8 oz package
Ranch Dry Salad Dressing Mix (1 packet)
Milk (optional)
Directions
First, wash and cut the potatoes. I cut them into thin slices so they can thoroughly cook. I microwaved them for about 14 mins, this way they can be in the slow cooker for a shorter amount of time if you're really hungry!
Then, mix all of the other ingredients (cream cheese and ranch mix) into a bowl. Make sure the cream cheese is soft so that this step is easier.
Next, put the potatoes into the slow cooker w/ the other ingredients. Mix them together so that it is mixed well!
*If you feel that you want it more creamy, I would add some milk. I added just a dash to it and it seemed to help.*
I let it sit for 30 mins on high, and it turned out perfectly!
Please let me know if you enjoyed it! I am new to this slow cooking (and cooking in general) thing!
