Ingredients

    4 oz cooked ditalini pasta
    1/4 cup flour
    3 tbsp salted butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    10 oz grated cheddar cheese
    3 cups nonfat milk

Directions

cook pasta
saute onion in butter
add flour
slowly add milk until smooth
add cheese and melt
pour cheese mixture over pasta
bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
