    2 tbs. dry mustard
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp ground celery seed
    4 tsp paprika

    1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

This makes enough to coat at least 75 wing peices (drummetes and wingettes). It can also be used for any other cut of chicken.
