Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 large egg
    1 c 1% milk
    3 tbsp butter
    water

Directions

Whisk egg, milk and melted butter. Add rest of ingredients. If too dry, add some water until a nice consistency. Scoop into frying pan on medium heat and cook until brown on both sides making sure the inside is cooked.
Top with syrup, jam, fresh fruit, etc...

Serving Size: makes 8 pancakes
