    2 - Cucumbers
    2 - Celery Stalks
    2 - Carrots
    2 - Green Peppers

    Tabasco (dash - to taste)
    Salt & Pepper (dash - to taste)
    Worcestershire Sauce (dash - to taste)

    All veggies are raw and washed. Peel cucumbers and seed green peppers. For an added punch add a raw jalapeno pepper (seeded). Serve cold with a celery stalk and lemon/lime wedge.
