Ingredients

    1 Head of Napa Cabbage- remove core and slice leaves
    1 bunch green onions - root end removed and slice both white and green parts
    1 cup craisens
    2 packages Ramen noodles - crushed, seasoning set aside
    1 cup sliced almonds - toasted

    6 tablespoons rice vinegar
    4 - 5 tablespoons honey, depending on taste
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 to 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes, depending on taste
    1/4 cup Canola oil

Directions

In large salad bowl, mix cabbage, green onions, craisens, crushed ramen noodles and toasted almonds.

In small bowl, wisk together rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and oil. Pour over salad and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
