Ingredients

Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
*Skim Milk powder-- 2 Tbsp
Salt, .5 tsp *Flour, white, 3 cup
Yeast, bakers-- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Directions
Mix in bread machine in the following order:
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
*Skim Milk powder-- 2 Tbsp
Salt, .5 tsp *Flour, white, 3 cup
Yeast, bakers-- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Set machine to dough setting, when cycke is finished remove from machine and hnead for 2 minutes on floured surface. Then form 8" roll by about 4" thick and place into lightly oiled loaf pan. Let rise 30 minutes in warm place until doubled in size.
Bake on center shelf of oven that is set at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from loaf pan and let cool on wire rack.
When cool, slice into 15 slices.
Serving Size: makes 15 half inch thick slices
