Ingredients

    1 cup dry oatmeal (not instant)
    1 cup non fat milk
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    1 t cinnamon


Directions

Mix oatmeal and milk in a large bowl and let it sit for one hour. Pre heat oven to 400

After the hour...combine all other ingredients, mix well. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 min. You can add a lot to this recipe if you like. Raisins are very good in them .
