Ingredients

    1 LB lean hamburger meat/chicken/turkey
    1 can Tomato sauce
    2 can Diced Tomatoes
    2 can Kidney Beans
    1 can Black beans
    1 big can Joan of Arc Chili Beans
    1-2 bell pepper chopped (any color)
    1-2 onions chopped
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    Chili powder (to taste)
    Creole Seasoning (to Taste)
    Water if you want thinner chilli.

Directions

You can cook in crock pot or on stove. If you are vegitarian than instead of meat add different veggies or black beans.

Cook meat until fully cooked place in pot with onions, peppers, and all other items. Stir. Let boil for 10 mins and taste if you want it spicier just add more creole seasoning and chilli powder. Use water to thin out if needed. I

n crock pot set on Med for 2-4 hours. Regular pot cook or simmer for 1 hour. Serve by itself, with chips or rice.
