Ingredients

    1 head of cabbage, grated
    1 English Cucumber, grated
    3 large Carrots, grated
    3-4 Scallions, cut in small pieces
    Dressing
    3/4 cup Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbs. Sugar
    Dill (optional)

Directions

Grate cabbage, cucumber and carrots in food processor. Place in LARGE bowl. Cut in scallions.
In separate bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar and dill. Mix well. Add to veggies and enjoy!
