Introduction

Ingredients

    10 Slices of whole wheat coctail bread
    10 Thin slices of smoked ham
    4 Tbsp Cream Cheese (Let it warm to room temperature)
    2 Tbsp dill , chopped
    ˝ tsp lime juice and zest
    1 cucumber , thinly sliced lengthwise

    Garnish with a sprig of dill.

Directions

Spoon the room temperature chream cheese into a medium bowl, add dill, lime zest and lime juice. Combine very well using your spoon. Heap a generous spoonful onto the slices of bread and spread evenly using the back of your spoon. Place a slice of smoked ham on top. Top the cream cheese mixture with a slice of smoked ham and 2-3 thin cucumber slices and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
