Introduction

Ingredients

1 Cup Nonfat Milk
1 Cup Flour
2 teaspoons Splenda
6 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 Cup Mixed Fruit
1 Cup Sugar Free Syrup
1 Cup Light Whipped Cream
Directions
1. Put margarine in a 9 x 13 inch pan and put in oven.
2. Preheat oven at 400 degrees F
3. In a medium bowl mix milk, flour, salt, Splenda and eggs.
4. When oven is at 400 degrees F take out pan and pour in egg mixture.
5. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until fluffy. -- This is fun for kids to watch as the hills and valleys form.
6. Cut into 8 slices.
7. Spread mixed fruit over top.
8. Squirt Whipped Cream on each serving.
9. Drizzle syrup over top and serve.
I have cut into 8 servings and assembled on plates for best presentation.
