    2 T plain, no-sugar added yogurt
    2 T blueberry kefir
    1/8 kiwi fruit
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tsp. raw honey
    1 T ground flax seed

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend for 1-3 minutes
