1 T. olive oil
1 t. red pepper flakes
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. chives
1 t. parsley
Directions
Chop up tomato, cucumber, and mozzarella. Mix them all in a bowl.
Add olive oil and spices and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
