Ingredients

    1. bottle gourd, 6 cup grated (Dudhi/Lauki/Ghia/Lau/Calabash)
    2. Coconut oil, Organic Spectrum, 2 tbsp
    3. Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    4. Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Peel the loki and grated in the food processor. than i the fry pan put coconut oil and add loki in it. cook till all the water vaporate. Than add sugar and caramom. Now there is going to be some more water in it. again vaporate all the water. server hot.
