    1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
    3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/3 cup egg white
    1 tsp almond extract
    1/2 cup raw walnuts
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    2 heapin scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use brown rice protein)
    1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    4 tbsp flax meal
    2 tbsp reduced fat shredded coconut
    4 packets Truvia
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    1 tbsp Turbinado sugar


Preheat oven. Mix all ingredients together. Spread batter evenly on wax paper in a 13x9 inch pan. Cook bars until firm, they should not feel sticky. Cook at 350 degrees, time is usually about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.
