Ingredients

    1lb Large shrimp (24) or so
    1 jar Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
    1/2 of a medium onion (Spanish)
    8 cloves of garlic minced
    4 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 lb box Barilla Linguine
    4oz salted pasta water ( 1ladle)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: In a large pot boil enough water to make a pound of pasta and add a little salt to the water.
Step 2: peel & de-vein shrimp ,place on the side for now.
Step 3: mince cloves of garlic & chop onion and mince 2 hot cherry peppers (lessen heat by removing all the seeds.
Step 4: place a Large (12")frying pan on Med.-Low heat and add olive oil ,wait 1 minute
Step5: add chopped onion sweat for 3 minutes then add the garlic making sure temperature will not burn it. cook 5 minutes or so.
Step 6:Add the pasta to your boiling water
Step 7: add shrimp and stir fry 2-3 with the heat now on Med-High
Step 8: add the jar of sauce and a ladle or 4oz pasta water stir and cook back on Med-Low till pasta is done.
( If shrimp are done before pasta turn down to simmer)
Drain Pasta and serve sauce over it.
Step 9: Mangia!
