Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup raw quinoa
    1.5 cups fresh tomato soup
    1 cup water
    1 cup of pollock
    2 large carrots, chopped into bite sized pieces
    2 cups of broccoli florets
    2 mushrooms, diced 1/4 cup of rice
    2 tbsp curry powder


Directions

Add water and tomato soup to pot, and bring to boil. Lower heat and add quinoa, rice, curry, carrots and pollock. Cover and Let boil until water is absorbed and rice, quinoa are cooked. (May be necessary to add more water). Add broccoli and mushrooms, cover again and leave for 5 minutes or so,

Serving Size: Serving size is about 2 cups
