Ingredients

    sweet potatoes (3 large)
    heavy cream (.25 cup)
    brown sugar (2 tblsp)
    butter, salted (3 tblsp)
    cinnamon (1 tblsp)

Directions

Dice and cook sweet potatoes until tender, smash potatoes and add ingrediants mixing well. Place in dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
