Ingredients
-
2 Chicken Breast Tenders
Franks Red Hot Original Hot Sauce
Salsa Kut Habanero Sauce
Directions
I need to start by saying my wife is the cook and I barely know my way around her kitchen. But there are times I get hungry and don't feel like going out to a restaraunt or fast food. So, here's what I did...
First I put 2 frozen chicken tenders in a frying pan filled 1/2 way with water.
I brought it to a boil for about 5 minutes. I then put a cut through the center (long ways) on both breasts to make sure they were white all the way through. I let them boil about another minute.
I then drained out all the water and put it back on the burner. I then splashed the Franks Hot Sauce all over both pieces and agressively shook the pan so the sauce covered both pieces on both sides. I let them sear a bit to keep some juices inside.
I took them out of the pan and let them stand for about 2 minutes while I toasted 2 pieces of whole wheat bread.
I put both tenders on the toast and then put a SMALL DAB of SALSA KUT Habanero Hot Sauce on each piece. After slicing, a pickle spear is a nice compliment.
Note: If you find Salsa Kut, use it sparingly as it is very hot and can ruin a meal easily. Try it first! Enjoy! I did!
