Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups roasted chicken, light meat, diced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    2 Celery stalks, chopped small
    1/4 cup slivered almonds, roasted is even better. Roughly chopped if you like.
    2 Tbs lemon juice
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    Black pepper to taste (I like a solid teaspoon)
    Salt to taste (Nutrition info is set to 1/4 tsp salt)

Directions

In a big bowl mix the chicken, basil, celery and almonds. in a separate bowl mix together the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine it all together in the big bowl, mixing well. Season with more salt or pepper if desired. serve as a sanwich or on lettuce as a salad. Enjoy!
