I am addicted to Taco Bell's Fresco Bean Burrito's, but the nutrition info is a little high for my taste. So I came up with these to satisfy my craving! Ingredients

    1 low carb flour tortilla (fajita size)
    1/3 cup canned refried beans
    2 tbsp. salsa
    chopped onion to taste
    lightly sprinkled mozzarella cheese


Directions

Mix beans, salsa, onion, and cheese together. Spread on tortilla and fold into burrito. Microwave for 1 minute! ENJOY!
