Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Spaghetti (2 oz dry)
1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce around 60-70 cal
1/4 tsp garlic (from the jar, not powdered)
    sprinkle of onion powder
    sprinkle of Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup canned mushrooms (about half the small can) drained..
Small single serve baking dish (I got mine at the dollar store)

Directions

First boil the pasta . Preheat oven to 350.
When pasta is drained, pour it into a small casserole dish.
Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (can be cold out of the can)
Add the garlic and mushrooms.
Sprinkle on the cheese and then the italian seasoning on the top.
Bake about 25 minutes in the oven.
You can add extra salt, but the canned sauce has plenty of salt already.

I usually make 4 of these at a time and the presentation is beautiful. It is good with a salad.
