Ingredients

2 or 3 Red Klondike Potatoes
2 or 3 Golden Klondike Potatoes
1 Vidalia Onion
1 can Cut Green Beans (do NOT drain)
1 package Hillshire Farm Turkey Sausage or Polska Kielbasa
Morton's Nature's Seasons (to taste)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Best to use a roasting pan with a lid.
3. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Cover bottom of pan.
4. Dice onion & layer on top of potatoes.
5. Sprinkle Morton's Nature's Seasons over top.
6. Layer green beans with water over top of onions.
7. Cut sausage into 1/4" thick coins. Layer on top.
8. Put lid on pan & bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 4-6 one-cup servings.
