Introduction

I bought the frozen Butternut Squash from Target, and I needed to use it, since I was craving butternut squash. This was sweet and delectable. This recipe could serve two or one big lunch, but I ate the whole thing for dinner! Yum I bought the frozen Butternut Squash from Target, and I needed to use it, since I was craving butternut squash. Ingredients

    1.50 Cups of cubed butternut squash
    3/4 of an apple diced
    1/4 cup of onion
    Couple squirts of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray
    1/4 cup of low sodium chicken broth
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of black pepper

    I didn't add these, but it would taste great if you did.
    Sprinkle of Brown Sugar - optional
    dried cranberries - optional

Directions

In a skillet, add your squirts of butter, add onions and apples,cook for about 2 minutes. Add your Butternut Squash, and season with cinnamon and black pepper.

Cook until vegetables and apple are tender.

If you want it sweeter, add a dash of brown sugar.

This recipe could serve 2, but I ate it all!!
