Ingredients

2 carrots
1 cup pumpkin
1 christophene
1 stalk of broccoli
1 piece of beef clod
2 cans of green pigeon peas
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp of brown sugar
0.5 tsp soy sauce
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 small piece of ginger
Seasonings
Directions
To prepare the beef:
Wash the beef in running water. Cut up the beef into small pieces and discard any fat. Put into a metal or glass bowl.
Seasoning/marinade:
Season with Mrs Dash Original Blend and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb. Add half of an onion (chopped), 1 chopped love of garlic and 1 small chopped slice of ginger. Add 0.5 tsp of soy sauce, 0.5 tsp of worchestershire sauce and a few splashes of Angostura Bitters. Add oregano, basil, parsley and thyme. Let the beef season for at least 45 minutes.
To cook:
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pressure cooker. When it is hot add in 0.5 tsp of brown sugar (optional). Put in the rest of the onion, chopped garlic and ginger.
Put the meat into the heated oil. Add about 1 up of water or low sodium chicken stock. Cover and seal the pressure cooker and cook the beef for about 5 -8 minutes so it will get tender.
Remove the p. cooker from the flame, let it cool and open the pot when able.
Add the chopped or sliced carrots, the pigeon peas, the cut up pumpkin and the christophene. Add any additional seasoning to taste.
Cover and seal the pressure cooker and cook over a medium flame for about 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and
Wait for the pressure cooker to completely cool before opening!
