Introduction

This is a good side dish and the kind of things you can substitute are many. Also this is very Spicy yum! This is a good side dish and the kind of things you can substitute are many. Also this is very Spicy yum!

Ingredients

    All the Below vegetables to be cut in large chunks
    1 onion
    1 Potatoe
    1 red paper
    4-5 baby corns
    7-8 mushrooms

    To be ground in a coarse powder
    1 dried red chilly
    1 tea spoon cumin seeds
    1 inch cinnamon
    5-6 black peper corns

    Salt to taste

Directions

* Cut all vegetables in large chunks
* roast the spices in a pan ; let them cool down and ground them in a coarse powderake the
*Heat oven at 200for 10 mins
*add the spices, olive oil, lime juice, salt in vegetables and mix them well
*grill the vegetables in oven for 15 minutes
* Enjoy with a mild soup or on a bread
