Ingredients

    8.4 oz of diced beef steak
    2 cups diced onion
    1.5 cups diced celery
    5 cups diced tin tomatoes
    4 cups frozen mixed vegtables
    8 cups water
    8 pkg of oxo beef bullion
    2 tsp of minced garlic
    3/4 cup pearl barley

Directions

put diced meat , onions and celery into large pot and saute a little then add balance of ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 2 hours.
