Introduction

Yummy Span Beans, Greek Style. Serve with greek feta or greek salad. Yummy Span Beans, Greek Style. Serve with greek feta or greek salad.

Ingredients

    Beans, onions, tomato sauce, garlic

Directions

Saute chopped onions in hot oil. ( in the pot)

Add Tomato sauce (any kind will do)

Add boiled water stir, add beans stir.

Cover and let simmer for about 2 hours, untill the beans are tender.

When it's almost ready , add pressed garlic and salt.

Note: you can add garlic before the tomato sauce or even add less cloves if you don't like garlic that much, don't skip it though, it's pretty essential !



This a pretty simple recipe, feel free to be creative.

Serving Size: makes 16 1-cup servings or so
