Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Oats, 1/3 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp unpacked (remove)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (beaten) (remove)
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Flour, white, .33 cup (remove)
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Serving Size: makes abt. 6 1/4 cup pancakes

1. Mix oats with hot millk and let stand for 5 min.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well in the center.
3. Mix the egg, oil, and vanilla together in a small bowl, then add to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
4. Make like pancakes.
5. Enjoy!
