Ingredients

    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 med green bell pepper, chopped
    32 oz stew beef (sirloin)
    1 tbs olive oil
    1-2 cups zucchini, sliced
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans tomato sauce
    worcestershire sauce (to taste)

Directions

Saute onion, bell pepper and beef in olive oil. Add zucchini, mushrooms, tomato sauce and flavor with worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 1.5-cup servings
