Ingredients

    2 LBS Skinless Boneless Split Chicken Breasts
    1 28oz (1LB 12oz) Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Peppers & Onions
    1 Packet of Sazon - Goya

    NOT PICTURED* Topped with Cut Green Beans

    TRY: Over Pasta or Rice if a Starch is Desired or Needed depending on your Diet if it Allows or calls for more Carbs.

Directions

Place Chicken Breasts into slow cooker, add Diced Tomatoes and a tiny bit (1bout 1/4 cup) water*Optional if you wish to rinse out the remaining contents of the can from the Tomatoes and 1 packet of Sazon Seasoning or your choice of seasoning to taste. Put the lid on and cook on High for 3 Hours or adjust time to allow for more cooking time if cooking at a low programed temperature in your Slow-cooker.. Heat up a can of Cut Green Beans and serve over top of slow cooked Chicken and Tomatoes for a complete, healthy and colorful meal.

Try adding a starch if required by your diet for additional carbohydrates.
