Ingredients

    A few small carrots, chopped
    Cabbage, spinach or whatever you have in your fridge/freeser
    Orange juice, pinapple juice or whatever you have in your fridge
    A piece of fresh ginger root

Directions

Put everything in your blender and blend thoroughly. Serve in a tall glass - or put it in your travel mug and take it with you :)
