    Shortening, 2/3 cup
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2/3
    Banana, Ripe fresh, 1 1/4 mashed
    Egg, fresh, 2 eggs
    Pecans, 1 cup optional (not included in calories)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done
