Ingredients

    1 large can of chickpeas
    2 tablespoons of reserve chickpea water
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
    sprinkle salt pepper
    sprinkle basil (or herbs of choice)

    Add all into food processor & blend... Add water by tablespoon to get desired consistency.
