Introduction

A black bean soup with tomatoes, corn and mushrooms. A black bean soup with tomatoes, corn and mushrooms.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 15oz can of black bean (drained and rinesed)
    1 15oz can of corn (preferred no salt added)
    1 15oz can of diced tomatoes-basil, garlic & oregano (no salt added)
    1 4oz can of mushrooms (no salt added)
    1 lb of chicken (boiled in water)
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Boiling chicken until fully cooked (about 8 mins) then cut or shred it into pieces. chopped garlic. Then add everything to a pot and simmer for 20mins or until fully hot. Enjoy :o)
