Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup Milk 1%
1/2 cup Splenda
1 Egg
1/4 cup Shortening, Crisco
1 1/2 sliced Bananas
1/2 cup Flour
45-50 Blueberries
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
1) Sift the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Use a mixer to blend next three in a separate bowl.
3) Add the flour mixture to the wet and blend well well with a spatula.
4) Use the first bowl a second time to coat the bananas in flour then add them to the mixture.
5) Using that same bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar.
6) Line a muffin tray with liners and pour in the batter until each cup is 3/4 the way full.
7) Drop 4-5 blueberries on top of each muffin, then sprinkle the borwn sugar/cinnamon mixture over each muffin.
8) Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
