Introduction
This is based on Jamie Eason's Carrot Cake Protein Bars...I have just substituted Gerber NatureSelect Sweet Potatoes and left out the Allspice & Nutmeg. Ingredients

1 Cup Oat Flour
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
2 TSP Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
1/4 TSP Morton Salt Substitute
11 TBSP Eggbeaters Whites
3/4 Cup Ideal Brown
5 oz Gerber NatureSelect Sweet Potatoes
3 oz Water
Directions
Mix Oat flour, Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Baking Soda & Salt Substitute in Medium to Large Bowl. In smaller bowl, add Eggbeaters Whites & Ideal Brown. Mix. Add Baby Food and Water. Mix.
Add wet stuff to dry stuff and mix.
Spray 8"X8" Glass Baking Dish with Canola Spray. Add Protein Bar mix and bake in 350 degrees pre-heated oven for around 26 minutes (toothpick should still be just a little wet).
Makes 16 2" Square Bars.
