I don't know how to discard the previous recipe or change the serving to 8. So, here it is again. This is what I had in my fridge at the end of the summer and from the last gleaning from the garden. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    chicken brat -grilled
    potatoes
    sweet potatoes
    green bell pepper
    carrots
    celery
    green zuchini
    green onion and red onion
    snap peas
    bouillon
    pearl barley
    salt
    olive oil
    water

Directions

Wash and chop the veggies and brat. Add 8 cups of water, pearl barley, bouillon, salt and oil. Cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 11/2- cups servings
