Ingredients

    Cake:
    2 1/4 cup - Flour
    1 1/3 cup - Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp - Baking Powder
    Just under 1 cup - Nonfat milk
    1/4 cup - Applesauce, unsweetened
    3/4 cup - Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 tsp - Vanilla Extract

    Frosting:
    6 oz - fat free cream cheese
    1/4 cup - nonfat milk
    1 1/4 cup - brown sugar
    3/4 cup - shredded coconut




Directions

Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add applesauce, egg substitute (egg whites), and Vanilla.
Blend well.

Pour into 9 x 13 baking pan (sprayed with non-stick) or into sprayed cupcake tin.

Bake at 390 degrees for about 20 min or until done

Mix cream cheese, milk and brown sugar until creamy , add coconut, blend well.

Frost cake or cup cakes and place in oven at 440 for about 5 minutes.

Remove and let cool.
