Ingredients

    8 eggs
    1 T. light mayo
    2 T. mustard
    1 t. celery seed
    1 t. paprika
    1/2 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and chop. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Mash up with fork. Serve on bread, crackers or over crisp lettuce as salad.
