Introduction

This is wonderful over chicken, pork, or fish! This is wonderful over chicken, pork, or fish!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 fresh pineapple, cored and diced
    2 mangoes, diced
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 tbsp fresh cilantro (more or less to taste)
    juice of 1 fresh lime
    1 tsp tabasco sauce, adjust to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend. If you're in a big hurry, deli pico de gallo can be substituted for the tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Serve over any white meat and watch the boredom vanish!
