    Chicken Breast pounded flat
    1 slice low fat swiss cheese
    1 slice prosciutto
    1 tsp strawberry jam
    drizzle olive oil
    salt, pepper, paprika


Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes. One chicken breast serves one.

Lay cheese and prosciutto on chicken breast.
Add strawberry jam.
Rollup and secure with toothpicks.
Drizzle olive oil over chicken.
Season to taste.
