Introduction

Hamburger, Peas, Corn and Rice Casserole Hamburger, Peas, Corn and Rice Casserole
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    10 Cloves Garlic
    16 Oz Frozen Peas
    16 Oz Frozen Green Beans
    1 Cup Carrot, shredded
    1 Cup Frozen Corn (or canned, rinse the salt off)
    1 Pound well drained Hamburger
    1 Chopped Onion
    1 Cup (180g) Dry Brown Basmati Rice
    Hot Pepper Flakes to taste
    Black Pepper

Directions

Spray pan with Canola Oil, saute Onions, add Garlic once Onions are soft (to not burn). Add Ground Beef, cook until crumbly, drain. Add Peas, Beans, Carrots, and Corn, cook until warn. Prepare Rice according to instructions, add to Hamburger mixture.
Top with a low fat Cheese if desired. Serve with a green salad or make a taco and add shredded Cabbage.
