Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 cup Show Me the Whey vanilla whey protein powder
    2 large eggs
    1 15-oz can pure pumpkin
    1 1/2 cups soymilk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and protein powder until homogenous. Separately, mix eggs, pumpkin and soymilk. Mix together, pour into 1 to 1.5 quart baking dish. Place baking dish inside slightly larger baking pan, to which you've added 1 inch of warm water. Place together into oven and bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted near center comes out clean (45-60 minutes).

Serving Size: Makes 8 small servings ~ approx. 1/2 cup
