Introduction

I had a bunch of fresh zucchini, green peppers and a nice fresh cabbage. What to do? Stir up some soup I guess. Delicious and very low calorie so eat all you want. A very quick healthy meal. Ingredients

    1 carton of Fit & Active Chicken Broth (4 cups)
    1 c shredded zucchini
    1/4 c diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c shredded cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a medium size stock pot. Bring to a boil and just boil 3 to 5 minutes. I don't like mushy soup vegetables so I just went about 3 minutes. Salt and pepper and serve.
