Introduction

I revised this from an old favorite & I can't tell the difference, except that I know its a healthier version. I revised this from an old favorite & I can't tell the difference, except that I know its a healthier version.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    4 C. Flour
    2 C. White Sugar
    1/2 C. Brown Sugar
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. Cloves
    1/4 tsp. Ginger
    1 16 oz. Can Pumpkin
    1/2 C. Veg Oil
    1/2 C. Applesauce
    1 1/3 C. Egg Beaters
    2/3 C. Water




Directions

Preheat oven to 350* Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.

Mix dry ingrediants well. Beat pumpkin, oil, applesauce, egg beaters, & water together; add to dry ingrediants; stir just til moistened. Do not over mix.

Pour 1/2 batter into each pan. Bake at 3508 for 1 to 1 1/4 hour or til toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool on rack. Remove from pans after 10 min.
