Ingredients

1/2 cup ground almonds (you can use all flour instead of wheat bran), 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour, 2 tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 10 tbsp agave nectar or sweetener of your choice, 1 cup Almond milk (I used a mixture of almond milk and Silk coconut milk) .75 cup Cocoa powder, 3 vanilla extract, 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, .5 cup applesauce, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg.

Directions

preheat oven at 350 degrees...Mix all dry ingredients first in a large bowl whisk until mixed then add wet ingredients, whisk very well making sure all flour and bran is off of the bottom of the bowl. Spray any baking pan of your choice with cooking spray then pour mixture into the pan and put in oven for 20 min or until cooked, use a tooth pick to check the center to assure its done. Let cool and enjoy, my kids loved this with some Nutella on as frosting (much cleaner then cake frosting) lol :)
