Introduction

Banana Banana

Ingredients

    3 ripe large bananas
    1 egg
    1 stick butter or margarine melted
    1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    nuts optional

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Put into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

    NOTE: to reduce calories replace sugar with 1/2 cup of Splenda for Baking. 1 1/2 cup flour can be replaced with 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour.

Directions

Makes one loaf. Slices vary according to your taste.
